This is simple. We have a passion for baking pizza, and we fancy ourselves pretty good at it.
So we went on a quest to find the very best Wood-Fired pizza oven we could afford. The only problem was, it was in the back of a diner in Gwinnett County and it weighed 4,000 pounds.
Literally.
So, we did what anybody with no better option would do - we set up shop and went to town. We are now the premier Wood-Fired pizza bakers in the area. We don't have egos, we don't have other hobbies, we don't even have a place for you to sit down. We have the best Pizza and Wings in the city.
